Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and it was a great perk to have access to a hotel room for 30 minutes to freshen up before our late-night flight. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was perfect, surrounded by stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Although the dining options were good, I wished for a better breakfast selection. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms above the 14th floor overlooked the street and had a small table and chairs on the lanai, spacious with a kitchen, well-insulated, and extremely quiet. The service was top-notch, with the resort and hotel staff being fast, friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beach, various restaurants, and the Ala Moana shopping center. The dining experience was pretty good, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel has squeaky clean rooms with a kitchenette that makes you feel at home, but room service only kicks in from the second day, which was a bit inconvenient. The friendly service provided was exceptional, but attending a timeshare meeting during vacation wasn't the best part. The location was perfect, close to downtown Waikiki and the famous Waikiki beach, allowing for easy access to attractions. The dining experience was excellent, however, having to attend a 4-hour seminar on timeshares to enjoy it might not suit everyone.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, with a king bed, and had a fantastic view. The kitchen, fridge, oven cooktop, and dishwasher were real bonuses. However, the security personnel at the Illikai were not the friendliest. On the bright side, the resort and hotel staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and generous, making my stay truly special. The location was excellent, especially for those attending a conference at the convention center or going shopping at the Ala Moana mall. The hotel was right beside the Hilton Village, close to everything in Waikiki, and just 2 minutes away from Waikiki beach. As for dining, the breakfast was pretty good, albeit in exchange for a 4-hour seminar on timeshares.
